Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. Once the owner confirms your dates, a deposit is due right away to hold them. Reservations are only secured after the deposit is received.

The full remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. For stays booked inside of 30 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please let the owner know as soon as possible. Advanced rent is refundable if the owners are able to re-rent the same dates to other guests. If the reserved dates cannot be re-rented, advanced rent is non-refundable.

There are no refunds for weather disappointment or for departing early. Letting us know early always gives the best chance of re-renting your dates and returning your rent.

Check-in and check-out times are shared with you before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out can't be guaranteed ahead of time, but you're welcome to ask about same-day availability the day before or the day of arrival.

Every condo includes Wi-Fi, a furnished kitchen, laundry access, and a fairway-facing patio with a gas BBQ. Guests also have access to the association's heated pool and jacuzzi. Tee times at Blacklake Golf Resort are booked directly with the course.
